Post a vacancy
Click Post Vacancy — enter job title and description. Status is open until you close the role.

Receive applications
Candidates apply via public job links or employee referrals. Applications appear in the pipeline.

Move through pipeline
Stages: applied → screening → interview → offer → hired (or rejected). Drag or update status per candidate.

Hire and onboard
When marked hired, create employee record under Resources → Employees and link to pending signup if self-service onboarding is used.
