By accessing or using Hey HRMS (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The service
Hey HRMS provides cloud-based human resources software including employee records, attendance, leave management, payroll-related tools, projects, notices, and related features. We may update or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
Accounts & security
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at signup or in your order. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
Your data
You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to operate the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malware, or use the platform for unlawful purposes. You must comply with applicable employment and data-protection laws when processing employee information.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to fees paid by you in the twelve months before the claim.
