Free plan
The Starter (free) plan does not involve charges. You may stop using the Service at any time by closing your account through support.
Paid subscriptions
Professional and Enterprise subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or annually as selected). Unless required by applicable law, fees already paid are generally non-refundable for partial billing periods.
Eligible refunds
We may issue a refund at our discretion if:
- You were charged in error or duplicated.
- The Service was unavailable for a prolonged period due to our fault.
- You cancel within any trial period explicitly offered at signup.
How to request a refund
Contact us within 14 days of the charge with your company name, invoice reference, and reason. We will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Cancellations
Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Downgrading to the free plan may limit features or employee counts per plan limits.
