Your employee dashboard

Navigate your HelloHRMS employee home screen and daily shortcuts.

After you sign in as an employee, the Employee Dashboard is your home base. From here you can clock in, check leave balance, open payslips, and jump to assigned tasks.

  1. Sign in to your account
    Go to the HelloHRMS login page and use the email and password provided by your HR team. First-time users may need to complete email verification.
  2. Review dashboard widgets
    The dashboard shows today's attendance status, upcoming holidays, pending leave requests, and quick links to Mark Attendance, Apply Leave, and Payslips.
  3. Use the calendar
    Open My Calendar (empcalendar.php) to see your attendance history, approved leaves, and company holidays in one monthly view.
  4. Update your profile
    Click your profile menu to update contact details, emergency contact, and profile photo where your company allows self-service edits.
