Gems are performance points your company may use for rewards or payroll adjustments. Green, yellow, silver, and black gems each have different meanings set by HR.

Open Wallet
Dashboard → Wallet (wallet.php) to see current gem balances by color.

Understand gem colors
Green/yellow gems often reflect task quality and achievements. Silver may reflect overtime. Black gems may indicate late arrival or early leave — rules are set in company Gems settings.

Payroll connection
When payroll is marked Paid, eligible gems may convert to wallet balance or salary lines per company policy. Check payslip for final amounts.

Improve your score
Clock in on time, complete project tasks with good review ratings, and avoid unapproved absences to maintain positive gem balance.
