Create incentive plan
Define plan name, target amount, payout percentage, and period type (monthly/quarterly).

Record achievements
Each period enter employee, plan, actual sales amount — system calculates payout_amount.

Review and approve
Verify achievements table before marking status approved for payroll inclusion.

Employee visibility
Sales staff view their incentive history on employee_incentives.php.
