Ensure payroll is Approved/Locked with correct cost centers and deduction breakdowns.

Your accountant maps Basic, HRA, PF, ESIC, TDS, and net payable to Tally ledgers (one-time chart setup).

Import journal voucher
Import CSV/XML per Tally version instructions. Reconcile totals with HelloHRMS payroll summary before posting.
